w4444 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the w4444 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services available at w4444.club.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a w4444 account and is accessing the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player following successful registration and CNIC verification.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their w4444 account in PKR for the purpose of placing wagers.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bet awards, or other incentive funds granted by w4444 to a Player's account, subject to wagering conditions.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet, stake, or casino game round placed by a Player using their Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance on the Platform.
• "CNIC" means Computerised National Identity Card issued by NADRA, Pakistan, used as the primary identity verification document on w4444.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole transactional currency of the w4444 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification procedures required by w4444 before processing withdrawals.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing w4444.club, creating a Player account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms communicated to you during the course of your use of the Platform.

This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and w4444 relating to the subject matter herein. w4444 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active w4444 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and continue to be so throughout your use of the Platform.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming or sports betting is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from w4444 or had a prior account closed by w4444 for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of w4444.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, CNIC number, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

4 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the w4444 Platform at any time. The maintenance of duplicate, shared, or otherwise unauthorised additional accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, w4444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, consolidate balances for review, and withhold any bonus funds present across those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w4444 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify w4444 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.

w4444 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your login credentials, sharing of account details with third parties, or use of public or unsecured devices or networks to access the Platform.

Players must keep their registered contact details — including email address and phone number — current and accurate. w4444 communicates important account, security, bonus, and policy notifications via these channels. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may result in missed communications for which w4444 bears no liability.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on w4444 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your w4444 Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. Processing times vary by payment method — mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited within minutes. w4444 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of w4444.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification, including CNIC document upload and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: typically within 30 minutes for verified accounts.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank transfer: same business day during banking hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

w4444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns. During such reviews, processing may be temporarily delayed. Players will be informed of any such review via their registered contact details.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

w4444 offers various bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, as well as the following general bonus conditions:

• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement ("rollover") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Unmet wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino, sports betting, and certain other game types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Minimum odds restrictions may apply to sports betting bonus wagering. Bets placed at odds below the specified minimum will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational individual Players. w4444 reserves the right to withhold bonuses or void associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus exploitation is identified.
• Players may opt out of receiving bonus credits at any time by contacting w4444 support via live chat.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All casino games, slot titles, crash games, and live dealer games available on w4444 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment overseen by trained dealers in licensed studios. Game outcomes are not predetermined, manipulated, or influenced by w4444 in any manner that would disadvantage Players.

Each game on the Platform is governed by its own individual game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and volatility profiles, which are published or accessible within the game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to review and understand these rules before wagering.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, w4444 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state using server-side records. Where this is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Real Money Balance. w4444's decision regarding the resolution of technical malfunctions is final.

8 Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on w4444, including cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi, and all other sports, are governed by the following general betting rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the Platform:

• All bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market and the accuracy of the odds at the time of placement. w4444 reserves the right to suspend or withdraw any market at any time.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event ("late bets") may be voided at w4444's discretion where the odds offered did not reflect in-play conditions at the time of acceptance.
• In-play betting is subject to a brief acceptance delay. During high-traffic periods — including PSL matches — additional latency may be experienced. Bets will only be settled at the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance.
• Obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors") will be voided regardless of whether they have been confirmed as accepted. w4444 reserves the right to correct and re-settle affected bets.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event, per market, and per Player account, and may be adjusted by w4444 at any time without prior notice.
• Settlement of cricket betting markets — including PSL, Pakistan internationals, and T20 World Cup markets — follows Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments where applicable and official match result declarations.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w4444 Platform. Engaging in any of the below activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one w4444 account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, exploit games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Exploiting software bugs, loopholes, or errors in game logic to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to evade detection, or using the Platform to process funds obtained through illegal means.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, low-risk bonus hedging strategies, or coordinated exploitation with third parties.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing w4444 staff or other Players.
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider without first contacting w4444 support to resolve the matter.

10 Responsible Gaming

w4444 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling is a form of entertainment and must remain so for all Players. We provide the following free responsible gaming tools to every w4444 account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified gaming session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your w4444 account. This measure takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the w4444 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, user interface design, data compilations, and audiovisual content — is the exclusive property of w4444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, sublicense, or create derivative works from any w4444 content or software.

12 Privacy & Data

w4444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering a w4444 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected by w4444 includes, but is not limited to: CNIC details, contact information, payment method details, device identifiers, IP addresses, and gaming activity records. This data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement purposes.

w4444 will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed KYC and payment processing partners strictly as necessary to fulfil the services described in this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w4444 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, DDoS attacks, or third-party service provider outages.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to safeguard their account credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on information or odds published on the Platform where such information contained a palpable error subsequently corrected by w4444.
• Any gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the Platform, as gambling involves inherent financial risk accepted by the Player upon registration.

Nothing in this clause limits w4444's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

w4444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for illegal purposes.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's payment provider.
• Detection of duplicate accounts, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Regulatory or legal obligation to do so under applicable law or on instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination for breach, w4444 reserves the right to withhold Real Money Balances and Bonus Balances pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a material breach, forfeiture of all associated funds may apply. Where termination occurs without Player fault, outstanding verified Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

15 Amendments to These Terms

w4444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the w4444 Platform after any amendment has been notified or published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw your Real Money Balance before the effective date of the changes.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which w4444 holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and w4444, the Player should first contact w4444's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. w4444 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by w4444's licensing authority. The decision of such body shall be final and binding on both parties.
